Once you have produced a document in Open Office you will often want to print it. For safety, I always advise saving the document first – although this isn’t essential for printing. As you may already have realised – there is always more than one way of doing something on a computer. Printing is no exception. I will tell you how to print in Open Office in two different ways – but there are others.{+}
Click on the word “File” in the top left of the menu bar. At the bottom of the drop down menu you will see the word “print”. Click on this to bring up the print dialog box.
If necessary, change the number of copies you want to print, or change the printer (if you have more than one).
Click on OK to print your work.
